Are you a software or a service?
Tulu's primary product is the software platform. Tulu also offers cleaning and sanitization services in cities around the United States and Australia either by our teams or subcontractors.
What equipment do I need in order to use Tulu's software?
Our software requires the use of mobile phones and body cameras. Depending on how you're planning to use the software, we'll help you get the equipment you need. At some levels of engagement, the equipment will be included in your contract with Tulu. Tulu can also help arrange for cleaning and sanitization supplies if needed.
Is this only for cleaning and sanitization?
Tulu's remote supervision software has many other use cases such as construction, industrial manufacturing, and retail. Please contact our team to learn more.
How much does Tulu cost?
The integration of our software and services is often custom. While we strive to be transparent about our base pricing, our agreements are usually customized to your use case. Please contact our team to learn more.
How does onboarding for Tulu work?
For most clients, onboarding will be conducted by one of our operations staff members. Because of the highly customized nature of the product, we'll be with you every step of the way to get you up and running.
Can Tulu prevent Covid-19 and other infections?
Tulu cannot completely keep a space safe from Covid-19 and other infectious bacteria, viruses, and molds. However, proper cleaning and sanitization according to EPA, CDC, OSHA, and FDA standards can help to reduce the number of harmful agents in your environment. But we encourage all of our clients to see cleaning and sanitization as one part of their preparedness and prevention plans.
